    1. Hi,

      1) I’ll have a look at this if I get some time, can’t promise anything though.

      2) I suppose you have to get this from control4. I used to be a development partner but not anymore and 2.5 is the last I have.
Its a shame that they lock down the product so much, but then again I’m not the first to say this.
At the end of the day its probably what will kill them, when the big boys come to the party they will have free SDKs and APIs for people to use.

  1. I have an older C4 system, running 1.7 firmware (just bought the house). I’m looking at what the system can do and am interesting in programming drivers and actions and such. Will these tutorials work on 1.7.X C4 systems?

  2. Hello C4Drivers

I hope you can help me on this – I am trying to device a device driver but can’t figure out how to get list of devices. I tried out the List commands but that seems like an efficient way to iterate over all devices. Is there a better way?

What I need is a complete list of devices and their deviceIDs. Thanks for your help!

  3. I need help or get a driver developed, the idea is a driver that display the logo of a coffee maker that we are connecting to an outlet switch.
the idea is to show the icon of the coffee maker (we will provide image) for the client to press and turn on/off and the icon changes depending on the status.

    1. You basically want a custom icon for an existing Control4 outlet switch? If that’s what you’re after, contact me. I can do this pretty quickly for you for a small fee.
